Will I receive a key to lock my KnoxBox?

Property owners, managers, and contractors DO NOT receive a key to lock or unlock the KnoxBox. Knox products are secured with a master key controlled by the responding fire department or agency.

After you place the required keys, access cards, or other approved contents inside the lock box, contact your responding agency to schedule final commissioning or lock-up. The department will verify the required contents and secure the box according to their local requirements.
