Resetting Your Password

1. Go to knoxbox.com/forgot-password
2. Enter your username (email address) associated to your existing KnoxBox.com account.

3. If your email is registered, you'll receive a password reset email from KnoxBox within a few minutes.

4. Open the email and follow the link to create your new password.

5. BEFORE logging in:
   To avoid getting locked out, please remove any saved passwords for KnoxBox.com before signing in again (see instructions below).

6. Log in and continue as usual.

If you don't see the email, please check your spam/junk folder.
