All Knox products are built to order. Standard processing time is 5 to 10 working days from receipt of order. Standard orders ship GROUND, with a typical transit time of 3-5 business days. RUSH and expedited service is available by selecting Express, 2 Day or Overnight shipping options at checkout. Typical RUSH orders ship within 48 hours. Larger RUSH orders (5 or more products) may take more than 48 hours to build. Unique department requirements may also result in order delays regardless of shipping preference.

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Compliance
Currently we are not LEED certified. However, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact through various initiatives, such as several recycling programs that include unused steel, battery, toner and cardboard recycling. We continuously evaluate opportunities to enhance our sustainability efforts and greatly value customers who share our commitment to the environment.
Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) Compliance
Currently we are not BABA certified. We are a COTS product and Sole Source. We do not trace the origins of materials, and we are not structural. We are unable to provide the information that you requested; however, you may contact Knox for a copy of our sole source letter to apply for a COTS waiver.
